How Can I Help?
Organizations and individuals that wish to be part of this action that is working to implement the recreation area in the Rapid Creek watershed west of Rapid City should contact us at [email protected]. Participation can take a number of forms, from gathering petition signatures (See Petition Page) to raising money (Donate Here), to designing advertising -- and everyone will be talking to South Dakota’s federal elected officials.
Contact your federal elected officials (below) regularly. If you have contacted them before, ask them for an update. Tell them why you care about the Rapid Creek watershed and mention any recreation activities you participate in there.
Most importantly, ask them to sponsor legislation to designate the Rapid Creek watershed a recreation area:
